Selling locally caught wet fish and seafood, Mark’s fish truck, a converted Chevrolet ambulance, pitches up outside Felicity’s Farm Shop in Morcombelake Thurs-Sat  9am till 12pm. Come by and say Hi, choose from fresh fish to cook at home and pick up a recipe or tip from Mark at the same time.

Hix at Home

As we can’t go out to eat at the moment, why not cook along with Mark at home during lockdown? We’ve teamed up with our friends at Sound Seafood to create weekly Fish Boxes, which will be delivered to your door with free delivery to anywhere in England and Wales.

Each week we choose two fish species for the box which will serve two or four people. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive the recipes and an exclusive link to watch the online tutorial with Mark to learn how to fillet and prepare this week’s fish, before creating a delicious starter and main course.
