Hix Smokin House

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Sound Seafood to create our Smoked Fish Boxes, which will be delivered to your door.

All fish is hand-filleted before being dry-cured in a combination of sea salt and molasses. The fish is slowly smoked over a combination of hard and soft woods.

Each box contain 9 packs which provides approximately 20 portions. Don’t worry if you don’t want to eat them all straight away – the packs can be frozen for up to 12 months.

  • 2 packs of cold smoked Cornish sardines

  • 2 packs of cold smoked Cornish anchovies

  • 2 packs of cold smoked haddock portions

  • 2 packs of hot smoked British mackerel

  • 1 pack of cold smoked Scottish salmon

Order your boxes online to get cooking at the weekend – boxes are delivered on Fridays with no delivery charge to anywhere in England and Wales, so place your orders before 6pm on a Tuesday.
