Book Mark’s Kitchen Library for unique private dining experience.
Surrounded by Mark’s personal collection of over 2,000 cookery books, antiques and curiosities, you and your guests will dine infront of the Aga, feasting on local seasonal produce. Our Kitchen Library seats 10 people around our large country kitchen table. We will be very happy to assist with wine suggestions and arrival drinks.
So what’s on the menu? We like to do things a little differently in the Kitchen Library. For such a special space we offer a totally exclusive experience for you and your guests. Tell us what dietary requirements you and your guests have so that Mark and our Head Chef Lee can build a secret menu around the best of the local produce we have available to us. This could be anything from a limited supply of locally sourced truffles, delicious game birds or Lyme Bay lobster. Let us know if you have any special requests and we will see what we can do! We will create the menu that day depending on what’s available and talk you through the ingredients and dishes while dining.

The Blow Out £75 per person
If your booking is for 11 or more guests we are able to offer The Fox Room as a private dining room. Here you will be surrounded by Mark’s Foxy collection of artwork and invited to order from our feast menus.
Please note a minimum spend will apply for our private dining rooms and a 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking.
