Selling locally caught wet fish and seafood
Mark’s fish truck, a converted Chevrolet ambulance, pitches up outside Felicity’s Farm Shop in Morcombelake. Check our Facebook page for weekly times.
Come by and say Hi, choose from fresh fish to cook at home and pick up a recipe or top tip from Mark at the same time. Alongside wet fish and raw seafood, and of course his own Flodge-smoked salmon, Mark serves up a daily dish from his mobile kitchen. Created that morning, based on the catch available, you can expect to see takeaway street food such as Lobster rolls, Oysters Mary and Oyster po’boys.
By-catch & vintage kitchenalia
Buying direct from the Lyme Bay Reserve fishermen also means Mark can sell by-catch which is supporting the local fishermen in the area. Amongst local fish and seafood from the Dorset coast, you’ll also find plenty of local produce including freshly picked sea vegetables and herbs and salad leaves from Mark’s own Charmouth garden.
An avid collector of vintage silver and copperware, Mark’s ‘Vintage Kitchenalia’ will also be sold from the truck including copper pans and silver cocktail shakers.
